The governor of Pakistan's North West Frontier Province says Osama bin Laden is hiding over the border in Afghanistan. And he says all his problems stem from his Afghan neighbours. After Pakistani troops attacked suspected Taliban hideouts in the restive Khyber tribal area, Owais Ahmed Ghani spoke exclusively to our correspondent Kamal Hyder.
