地域によります。 駐輪場を設置すれば放置自転車が一定数確実に減るのは事実。 まあ、放置自転車の撤去作業と同時並行にやらないとダメなのはどこも同じでしょう。 ただ、大阪はダメだ。あの地域は何やってもだめ。 いままで各地の放置自転車の様子を観察してきたけどあそこは別格。

Excuse me, this is an Aragonese (Spanish) invention, developed at the end of the 90s (but is not such a huge tower, but small one so you can place one underground bike parking everywhere within a city)ah! it's name Biceberg.

確かにすごいけど、放置自転車対策にはならないと思う。 放置自転車って駐輪する場所がないから放置してるわけじゃなくて、 駐輪に金いちいちかけたくないから放置してるんだからな～。
