I'd like to thank your reply. Anyway i can understand how the parliament condemned on resolutions of 5-9-2001 and 7-11-2002 the existance of the echelon network adducing the contravention of warranties on legal protection of the intimacy of persons and 5 years later another institution propose this kind of intromissions. If i'm not wrong, it's even proposed to get data like gender, languages, etc of UNDERAGE people... Do they really represent a danger to the security of our community?

Terrorists and organised criminals travel to plan and execute their activities. Law enforcement authorities need tools to investigate and prevent their networks. The Council of Ministers proposes that air carriers provide 19 data of passengers on flights to and from the EU, excluding intra-EU or domestic flights, to specific Passenger Information Units (PIU) in each Member State. These PIU's will analyse and share the results of these assessments with other PIU's when necessary.

Do we have a real problem with terrorism in the EU? I think our most basic rights are being reduced to ash... In this way, there's a proposition of the comission to get 19 data groups of all the passengers that would take a plane inside Europe... This data would also be sent to another countries...

Your comments seem to be grounded in sterotyped North/South prejudices. This is quite far from the European motto "united in diversity". European integration will not progress on approaches like yours.

We can check milion times Germany or Scandinavian countries but how does it look in coutries like Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal or France. I'd rather not to think about it!

Why they didn't do the same report about airports in Italy?? I am sure that it would't be so optimistic! In February 2007 italian journalists have proved that in Italy was possible to enter the plane with knife in the pocet. Did it change after this report which have totally discredited italian security system? Well, I don't think so.

The problem is that Italians don't do absolutely nothing. In the airports in Italy like Milano Malpensa or Roma Fiumicino you can enter into the plane with everything, with bomb or knife. Italy has always been the shame for all Europe and now Italians and their laziness and stupidity will be a reason of big european tragedy.
