Jaro is always flooded since long long time ago. I think we need a dike to support Jaro river to direct the water towards the sea. No budget? hmmmmm. mangutang anay to sa America.

thanks for sharing us this video. It made us aware the severity of the damage brought by Frank. It brought me to tears though. Where's the disaster team? is there any proper planning? wake up Ilonggos. You deserve more. It's time to ask those politicians to do their job and introduce advance precautionary/safety measures in time of calamities.

ILOILO is A WRECK... PAG-ASA is HOpeless... Iloilo City was not informed if such coming events.. We were almost trapped in our own house.. WHAT WENT WORNG?!
