The Antarctic Ocean is not territorial waters in Australia. And, the activity of Japan is a part of the activity of IWC. When did the Antarctic Ocean become territorial waters in Australia?

Sea "Shepherd" are cowardly terrorists. Paul Watson should be thrown in prison for endangering the lives of not only the Japanese fishermen, but of his naive 'crew' of unexperienced kids looking for a father figure and a cause to get wrapped up in.

How many people even give a shit about the global human population? There simply are too many people on this earth. I am sick and tired of hearing about child abuse and starving children. I feel horribly for these poor children. Stop having them. It's high time we as a species, take our place in the community of life on the planet. Lets use our "big" brains to promote compassion and alleviate suffering rather than carrying on like a species of dim-witted barbarians. Long live the whales!

It makes me sick to think that anyone can be so cruel and heartless that they could torture an innocent animal. How can someone watch a video like this and not be enraged. These men aren't hunting out of nessecity they're hunting out of greed for wealth. The only men in this video with bug ego's are the one's who seem to think they are superior to innocent animals. Sea Shepherd may be taking radical action, but these animals don't have time to wait for green peace to go around the red tape.

The only problem with green peace is their illusion that they are really making a differance. Which is crap. I like what Watson stands for, a person who is dedicated in making a differance. Also a co founder of green peace. Remember that. Maybe they were the jelious ones.
