the ion isent so much as a "good starter" as it is a project gun...some thing ppl may want to start with is like a mini or a pmr

my friend is a buget baller he cant afford to get hpa yes it does handle it very well however with co2 its alitle on the loud side but buy it anyway over like a tippmann or a spyder cause they will proboably be even louder with co2 my friend has no problems with this gun after about 20000 round so far go with the gti rampage u will love it.

I'm looking for my 2nd gun what is the best brand first then what type of marker the price needs to be $350 and under, I'm looking at the proto SLG UL Marker is that a good gun? also what about the ions any good or not?

the gti is an excellent gun for the price i would use one if i was first starting, bbut im not a noob lol and im getting an eclipse ego sl8r i would totally follow his advice if your just starting
