I saw another video that shows the other side of the tunnel, it is totally undergrownd as this side of the way is not totally underground. Am I right?

Was it the second tunnel? And the video could have been shortened to show just the drive through the tunnel...as its title notes. But, at least I see Moscow (Russian) drivers use their turn signals.
