I agree with Naturallyhi3 - If I do not remain in Christ I am unhappy and things don't go right for me. When Christ is the centre of my life I'm filled with Joy. I used to think it was all cheesy until I experienced it. Jesus changed my life, and I have never loved him more. :-)

However, even if Jesus had a choice He would of still continued to lay His life for us. ( I am so sure of that), because what is said about HIm in the bible is truth. Therefore, this was what needed to be done, because that is what God wanted, and there was no force in this world to change that Will.

When Jesus was crucified, you should keep in mind that He was human; He had feelings, emotions (He knew how it felt to be alone, and rejected). As human nature, He 'could' have continued with His life on this earth--just preaching the gospel, but He agreed to take this GREAT scarifice to set us free.

Jesus did die for us, before jesus died people had to make offerings w/ lambs so their sins could be forgiven, but when jesus died He obeyed His heavenly Father. His heavenly Father's plan was to send his only begotten son to make the sacrifice for us. We are not our own;we belong to Him, so it is not our place to question Gods plan for the world. All that was done on the cross by Jesus was God's will.
