AnarchyAnt89 - We have today in our possession 5,300 known Greek manuscripts of the New Testament, another 10,000 Latin Vulgates, and 9,300 other early versions (MSS), giving us more than 24,000 manuscript copies of portions of the New Testament in existence today! The earliest documents date back to a mere 30 years after the death of Jesus. Not 70 years. The time span for secular manuscript copies (things such as would be in a history book)are much greater, between 750-1,400 years!

AnarchyAnt89 - Wow, you are really stepping out on a limb to say that their is barely a shred of evidence that Jesus existed. Even the most liberal non-Christian scholars believe that Jesus existed as a historical figure. Also you are gravely mistaken on the number of records and the amount of time between the earliest records and Jesus' death. (See my next comment for more info)

If you would see that you from yourself can never be good enough to stand before god, and accept with all your heart that Jesus died therefor and that he will take all your sins so you can live forever in the presence of our god, you SURELY would be safe for eternity -no matter what you're doing wrong! That's the difference -life changing

Your search for god won't be solved by discussing if the creation or the bible are true and so on -it's (if we say it's true, and I'm sure about it) about what gods son has done for us!In fact in all other beliefs the believer tries to be good enough for their god/gods -and MAYBE if he is, he will come to heaven or be in a higher position in his next life or have 'success'. How's that with the god of the bible?

Have you ever thought that if we,christians, are right we will go to Heaven? Where will you go?
And if we are wrong(WE ARE NOT), we will die after having a nice and great life.
Whats the reason of your life? Live and Die? Its not enough, and Im sure youre feeling that everyday.

I have read about Christianty since i was a child, at once point from a Christian point of view and then from an Atheist one.
There is no REAL evidence for Christianty, mainly due to the fact that nothing that you claim as fact can be tested.

Haha, come on now. That's just plain denial right there, you seem to be forgetting the fact that the bible is incredibly farfetched.
Yes, places in the bible exist in real life and yes, SOME events took place. That's all, just because the book contains some real stuff doesn't mean you can assume that all of it must be factual.
There is barely a shred of evidence that Jesus even existed. I believe there are 3 records, each dated from over 70 or so years after his alleged time.

AnarchyAnt89 I would challenge you to take a better look at the evidence that supports Christianity. "Case for Christ" and "Case for Faith" by Lee Stroble would be a great place to start.

What makes our God more feasible than Gods of old is evidence. We do not simply believe by faith only. There is allot of historical evidence to back up what we believe in especially the resurrection. In fact the bible has more historical evidence to back it up than some of the things taught in history books. Other religions simply do not have this evidence to back them up. In fact science and historical evidence has proved most other religious holy books to be greatly inaccurate and false.

Odd that you have not find our God if you realy have seeked. I try to put here a internet page, but this system did allow me to do it.
Keep on seeking and you will find that Jesus is realy God´s Son.

As hard as it is to take that comment seriously, i am trying, though i almost thought you were joking with me.
So you're assuming that billions of other people don't "hear" and "taste?(That's new to me)" their own Gods?
I've tried "seeking" Jesus and your God, unfortunately it's hard to find something that has absolutely no feasable evidence.
I mean come on, there's no evidence of a God, nevermind your own personal God who watches over you and lets you "taste" him.

You can realy taste our God´s presence. I often taste our God´s presence when I pray or worship. Our God also talks to us...mostly through the Bible, but sometimes we can hear Him clearly.
Seek Jesus and you will find Him.
