Two questions: 1. Why does the characters have to move even if they're not walking (for example at 3:21 and onward) 2. While dancing, Betty Boop is topless?

Yesterday, my friend and I found ourselves watching an episode of Popeye, and I never relized until now that...Popeye is the Chuck Norris of classic cartoons. I mean HOLY SHIT the stuff he can do. I can only think of two feats at the top of my head right now. 1. There was a leak at Olive's house, and Popeye fucking TIED two water streams together. 2. When Popeye was layin' a smack-down on Bruno, he jumped up and did a raining fists technique that no words could describe it's awesomeness.
